Walk for Life
Join us for our annual Walk for Life as we raise money to support the clients who come to CAPC. We'll have food, 's'mores, and fellowship in a fall festival type atmosphere! You can create your own fundraising page here, or download a pledge form here. Be sure to print and bring your sheets with you on the evening of October 4th. We look forward to seeing you this fall!
